Magallones Travel & Tours Inc. ("The Agency") operates a next-generation travel ecosystem. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that The Agency acts solely as an intermediary agent between you and third-party suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Consolidators). We do not own or control the fulfillment services provided by these suppliers.
Standard users are subject to a platform service fee ($5.00 CAD per booking) and standard retail rates.
Premium subscribers ($8.99/mo) enjoy zero platform fees and access to member-only discounted rates. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Agent Partners ($12.99/mo) gain access to Net Wholesale rates. Agents are responsible for their own markups and tax compliance.
The "100k Challenge" is a performance-based incentive program for Agent Partners. Reaching a total booking volume of $100,000 CAD within a 12-month period grants a permanent status upgrade to the 95% Commission Tier. This milestone is subject to audit and verification of confirmed/ticketed sales.
To ensure maximum security, Magallones Travel implements a Zero-Storage PCI policy. Credit card data is never stored on our servers. Details are passed ephemerally to the Global Distribution System (Amadeus) for PNR creation. We utilize a "Hold First" model where bookings are manually reviewed before final ticketing.
The Agency is not liable for service interruptions caused by pandemics, natural disasters, or supplier insolvencies. Refundability are determined solely by the rules of the operating carrier. Service fees and membership dues are generally non-refundable.
