Generally, no. To keep prices low, most fares we sell are "Economy Restricted." If you need flexibility, please look for "Flexible/Refundable" fare classes during checkout or purchase Travel Insurance.
Agents earn money by adding a markup to the Net Rate. You keep 90% of that markup. If you sell over $100k CAD in a year, your tier automatically upgrades to 95% commission for life.
We charge a flat $5.00 CAD Service Fee per passenger for every booking. This fee is automatically included in the final price shown at checkout. This fee covers our administrative costs and 24/7 terminal support.
Once you complete your booking, your Passenger Name Record (PNR) is automatically queued to our fulfillment partner, Royal Scenic. This "Handoff" protocol ensures that your ticket is issued by an IATA-certified agency. Tickets are typically processed within minutes of payment confirmation.
Note: Eastern Canada PNRs are queued to YTOC4211R; Western Canada to YVRC4212L.
